How do stories and rituals help us to survive and find peace in uncertainty? This is the question we are trying to answer by summoning up the mischief of the Banalyse Congresses, experimental meetings during which participants met to tell stories about the insignificant and to stage the void.

The meeting point is a train station in the middle of the mountains, where we also meet solitary artists and strange costumed figures, in search of this place of possibility, on the ridge between fiction and reality.
